Description

Lucius' camera is somewhat of a paradox.  Regular cameras don't work in Hogwarts, but as far as we've seen, magical cameras don't yield instant photos, Polaroid-style.  My explanation is that between the magic of the Room of Requirement and the magic of Malfoy cash, Lucius can have whatever kind of camera he wants.
